What Causes Fatigue?
Not getting enough sleep (<7-9 h per 24 h)
Broken sleep (e.g., waking up during the night)
Poor quality sleep (e.g., not enough deep sleep)
Waking up early
Late bedtimes
Long days (i.e., caregiving responsibilities, work)
Fatigue is more likely at certain times of day
(i.e., overnight, post-lunch dip)Stress, worries, and anxiety can make it harder to get to sleep,
or get enough sleepHealth problems (including mental health concerns such as postpartum depression/anxiety)
